The pop-in is an ideal opportunity for many people to come and
find friendship, support, a cuppa and a bargain.
We get our regulars for their tea and toast breakfast.
When the weather is nice we have a table outside for the sun
worshippers and smokers. Our situation on The Quadrant is
such that every vehicle that comes round cannot fail to see the
premises.
The household goods and bric a brac are dirt cheap and often the
source of a real bargain. Most items go for about 20p.
There is also a couple of racks of clothes, and a couple of
rails of curtains.

The pop-in is
run on similar lines to a charity shop with a cafe for drinks and light
snacks. (We're in the process of fitting a kitchen to give more
scope for meals.
One of the main aims
of the pop-in is to create a warm atmosphere. We would
like to think that people go home happier after paying us a
visit.
The pop in is for
everyone but the really lonely
and more vulnerable visitors seem to appreciate the pop in most.
When we have to close for any reason it causes quite a
disruption in some lives.
